Overview
The Zombie Team was retained to propose a commercial development for a site at 1254 E US Highway 224. Our project constraints are that it cannot be more than 15,000 sq. ft. and no higher than two stories. The criteria of the project is to create a business/building to be right next to the school. This building has to be school appropriate and has to be for students.
